Order Processing  
    In-stock items will normally leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order and are shipped via Parcel Post (US Postal Service).  Depending upon your location, your package should arrive within 7-10 days.  Your account will be charged the day your item is processed for shipping.  An e-mail will be sent the day of shipping to inform you of delivery and related tracking numbers.
Payment Methods  
    Backroom Shoes currently accepts, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit cards, and Backroom Shoes gift certificates as modes of payment on line.
Back Orders  
    Our intent is to only offer styles, colors, and sizes that we either have in-stock or our supplier is available to provide in a reasonable time. If we are unable to fill your order immediately, we will e-mail you with an estimated time of when the product should arrive. In the event that we are out or are unable to obtain more of the merchandise you have ordered, we will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
Pre-Buy  
    The website features several items that are anticipated to arrive in the near future or next season. You have the option to pre-buy an item before it arrives in for the season thus reserving your size. Your account will not be charged until your order has been processed and is being shipped.
Shipping Locations  
    At this time we are able to ship to the continental United States. We apologize to those who reside outside of this area.
Shipping Expense  
    Backroom Shoes will ship your order to you at no additional charge as specified in the order processing section. Should there be a need to return an item; this would then be done at your expense. Shipping of an exchange size will be free to you for the first exchange.
Returns or Exchanges  
    There are many reasons why a shoe or item may need to be returned or exchanged: fit, color, style, etc. We enclose a return address label with process instructions for you to use. All items being returned for a refund or exchanged for another style or size needs to be postmarked within 30 days from the date of the original sales transaction. It needs to be in a new condition and accompanied by the manufacturers box or packaging. The working date following the receipt of your returned item, the requested exchange or credit will be processed/issued. For additional questions please contact us.
